We started to drive to Liverpool at 8am because Liverpool was about 125miles (200km) away and we had to go across the country to get to Liverpool
because no Motorway was leading straight from Nottingham to Liverpool. When we arrived at the Bold Street in Liverpool where the FP is, there was already a queue waiting outside. We parked the car in a nearby street and
went to the FP to take our place in the queue.
We had to wait for another half an hour until Bruce arrived and around noon we were allowed to get into the FP. A Sheridan Figure was standing on one side of the counter and a big picture of the cowboy from Bruce's book cover was standing on the right side of the counter.
Brian saw us standing in the queue and waved. Like he has done the last few times whenever he saw us. I think
that was a really nice gesture from him. Thanks, Brian! ;-) And Bruce greeted me in german with "Guten Morgen, wie geht's??". It's nice when someone greets you in your language especially when you have enough
problems to understand all the people around you. Bruce asked us what we were doing today and we told him that we might go for a little sight-seeing and he told us about a beatles thing at the Albert dock and we really
should go there. He said that it's his generation "Sex, Drugs and Rock ’n Roll"! We said that we might take a look at it but after we left the Forbidden Planet we decided to drive
straight to Manchester and see what’s going on there.
