We had to leave Glasgow around 9:30am to get to Edinburgh on time. Ruby and her husband James were driving along with us to Edinburgh.
After a little walk inside the store we went back outside to get in the queue. Bruce arrived a little time before noon and so at noon we were allowed into the Forbidden Planet. While we were waiting inside Brian went by and I
asked him about this nice little Newcastle Signing and all the people wanting to get a book. He said: "Oh my, there were so many people and no books". And i said" Yeah, I have seen that. So what have you done
with all these people?" Brian explained that they took orders for the books and Bruce would sign them when they're back in London. Ruby was the first on Bruce's table. She gave him a bottle of scottish Whiskey. Bruce
looked at the bottle, opened it and put a good amount into his coffee. Then he tasted his coffee and it looked like it tasted much better. I said to Brian who was standing near that he can be lucky that Bruce doesn't drive and
doesn't want to drive in the english traffic! When it was my turn, I deceided to get a photo of me and Bruce today. And I told Bruce that it would be nice if he would SMILE on the photo. These are the pics..... I guess I
don't have to comment them...

While I was sitting beside Bruce, I started to wonder why James didn’t make a pic. So I looked up at Bruce and saw his.... his... "straight face".
I told Bruce: "Come on, that’s not fair." I guess that’s kind of cracked him up.. as you can see on the second picture. He had kind of problems to keep his STRAIGHT FACE. ;)
After the signing we drove back to
Glasgow and back to Ruby's house to kill the time until the next signing in Glasgow.
