At 4:15 we went back to the FP and looked a little bit around there.
Now there were more people in it and a queue just slowly formed. So
we got into that queue. We had a nice talk with Oumi, another Bruce Fan, standing behind us.
Bruce arrived a few minutes earlier and looked around in the shop. Right on time, at 5pm, the Signing started. The woman
before us asked Bruce to give him a kiss… only on the cheek and Bruce said.. okay.
“After the kiss” I looked at the rest of the queue and I saw a lot of women with open mouths… looking very astounded… and I guess a few were
thinking about also to ask Bruce for a kiss. I told Bruce that he will have fun now with all these women!
Brian said that nobody wants to kiss him and so I asked Bruce if he would like to kiss him… Bruce answered “No, he’s
not my type.”
Bruce asked us How we got there and we said by car. And I told him that I have a lot of problems getting my “Gas feet” under control because of the english speed limit.
After he has signed our things
he looked up and said as a kind of a joke “CU tomorrow” and Kirsty said “Yeah… see you tomorrow….”
At this Signing were about 50 - 100 people.
That evening we drove to Cardiff because we had booked a room in a guest
house. It was the only time we had to stay in a hotel because mostly we had the
possibility to stay at someone else’s house.
