Oh my God…… Birmingham in the Rush hour…..
I can tell you that because of my Driving experience with my truck I have no problem to find a
place I never have been before…. but Birmingham… So in the end we just drove into a Parking garage which seemed to be near the Book store where the signing would be. It took us about 10 minutes to get to the Book store.
We went around the book store and after Bruce has arrived we had to build a queue outside the Book store. After a few minutes the signing started.
When we got to the desk where Bruce was sitting.. he also said
that the Birmingham traffic was so terrible.
I told him that I will be very happy when I find the place again where my car is parked.
And in the end he said I’m sure that we will see each other in the morning.. and we said.. Yeah… that could be possible!
On this signing were about 100 - 150 people.
After the Signing we went back to the car because we
had to drive near Nottingham where Grete lives and there we had a place to stay.
And the Rush Hour in Birmingham was still going on…. At one point I said that it doesn’t matter anymore if we find the right street through
Birmingham to get to the other side of Birmingham. And so we took the motorway which went around Birmingham….
